About the event
Learn how to make your own scented soy candles in this 2-hour introductory workshop. You will learn the process to create your own candles as well as candle terminology and techniques to extend the life of your candles. Taught by local chandler, Porsha Kwasikpui of Busy Believer Candles LLC.
Needed supplies are included to make (2) 4 oz candles. We will use 100% soy wax and will have both cotton and wood wick options. Choose your own blended fragrance and customize your creation.
There will be music by DJRosez, champagne, wine, appetizers, and tons of photo opportunities!
Porsha Kwasikpui is the owner of Busy Believer Candles LLC. Busy Believer Candles is a Houston-based candle & gift company founded in 2020. This company is Women-led and Black-owned. Specializing in Scented soy candles that are made with simple & safe products. All candles are hand-poured in small batches and are always affordable, aromatic, and clean-burning.
